  Couldn't have had a more pleasant experience dealing with the Merchant of Welby. Noel was informative and thoughtful throughout the process; making sure we were 100% happy with our purchases even after we had them delivered. He has even organized to personally come into Sydney to assemble a tricky antique piece properly. The selection and quality of items is astounding, and it's refreshing to have an antique dealer with an up to date website. Couldn't be happier :) thanks Noel & team.

  A truly pleasant experience in dealing with Noel and the team at Merchant of Welby. Noel spent over an hour giving me an education on early Australian furniture making. The collection he carries is both beautiful and tasteful. We purchased a number of pieces from here and have been delighted with the service, advice and the furniture. If you're considering buying quality antique Australian furniture you're well advised to chat to Noel. Im also told the delivery people are magicians as they carefully maneuvered each large piece carefully into the intended rooms. Thanks Noel and team.
